Assets & Deliverables
Your client portal acts as a central hub for all project-related files. Instead of hunting through Slack or email threads, clients can always find their deliverables in the Assets tab.
Adding External URLs
You can link any external resource as an asset:
- Google Drive folders
- Figma design files
- Dropbox links
- GitHub repositories
- Live staging URLs
To add an asset:
- Navigate to the Assets tab within a Project.
- Click Add Asset.
- Provide a clear Name (e.g., "Final Logo Files").
- Paste the external URL.
Managing Assets
Assets are immediately visible on the Client Portal. If a deliverable is deprecated or you want to hide it from the client, you can simply delete the asset from your dashboard.
