Skills Profile & Security Verification
Zynclog enforces strict security and skill verification standards to protect both clients and freelancers across project portals, contracts, and job postings.
1. Mandatory SMS Phone Verification
For security reasons, every account (Freelancer, Agency, Industry, and Client) must verify their mobile phone number via SMS OTP:
- Security Infrastructure: Powered by Telnyx high-deliverability SMS gateway.
- Rate Limiting & Account Protection: To prevent spam and automated abuse, SMS OTP verification is strictly rate-limited to 3 attempts per 24 hours. Exceeding 3 attempts temporarily blocks mobile verification for 24 hours.
- Contract & Invoice Compliance: Verified phone numbers are attached to legal contracts and invoice signatures to prevent identity fraud.
2. Skills & Sub-Technology Framework
After completing basic account onboarding, freelancers and agencies complete a Skills Setup:

Sub-Technologies & Frameworks
Each primary skill domain dynamically unlocks relevant sub-technologies and framework tags:
- Web Development: Next.js, React, Node.js, WordPress, PHP, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Webflow.
- Mobile Apps: React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Expo.
- UI/UX & Graphics: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Design Systems.
- Video & Audio: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Logic Pro.
- Database & Cloud: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Firebase, Supabase.

Clients reviewing proposals on Zynclog see clear trust metrics:
- SMS Verified Phone Badge: Confirms identity validation.
