What exactly is Zynclog?
Zynclog is a branded, professional client portal designed for freelancers and agencies. It replaces email threads with a single timeline to track project progress.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No! You generate a secure, password-protected link that your clients can access instantly. Zero sign-ups required.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can manage?
You can create an unlimited number of clients in your database. Your pricing tier only limits your Active concurrent projects.
What happens to archived projects?
Archived projects remain in your database and remain accessible to your clients via their original link, but they no longer count toward your active project limit. They become read-only.
Customization & Branding
Can I use my own agency's logo and colors?
Absolutely. Zynclog allows you to upload your logo and set your primary brand colors to style the progress bars and buttons.
Can I use a custom domain (e.g., portal.myagency.com)?
Custom domain routing is available on our Pro and Enterprise tiers, completely white-labeling the experience.
Can I remove the 'Powered by Zynclog' badge?
Yes, the white-label feature on the Pro tier allows you to remove all Zynclog branding from your client's view.
Features & Workflow
How do Milestones work?
Milestones break your service down into phases. As you complete each phase, your client's portal instantly updates with a clean progress bar and timestamp.
What are AI Client Updates?
When you finish a milestone, our AI reads the context and drafts a professional update email that you can review, edit, and send to your client instantly.
Can clients upload files to the portal?
Currently, Zynclog is a one-way communication log (you updating the client). Two-way file uploads are on our roadmap for Q4.
How do I edit a milestone if I make a mistake?
You can edit, reorder, or delete any milestone from your Master Dashboard. The client's portal will silently update to reflect the changes.
Billing & Security
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments, subscriptions, and global taxes are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, utilizing bank-level encryption.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support within 14 days for a full refund.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual billing?
(Upcoming) Yes, you can upgrade to annual billing at any time from your Settings panel. The unused portion of your monthly subscription will be prorated.
Can search engines see my clients' projects?
No. All client portals are strictly excluded from our sitemap, and we inject a 'noindex' meta tag to prevent Google from crawling private data.
Is Zynclog GDPR compliant?
Yes. We offer data export and deletion tools in your dashboard to comply with European data privacy regulations.
