The Client Dashboard & Workspaces
Zynclog provides clients, project owners, and companies with a Central Client Dashboard and secure workspace timeline portals.
1. Central Client Dashboard
When clients sign in to Zynclog, they are immediately directed to their central client hub:
- Unified Project Cards: View all active, pending, and completed projects in a clean, high-level card overview.
- Direct Workspace Navigation: Click any project card to open its live timeline workspace.
- Direct Project Matching: Access all active project timeline cards directly linked to your account email.
2. Account Security & Privacy
Zynclog secures client project data through authenticated account access:
- Account Login: Clients sign in to Zynclog to access their dashboard and project links.
- Account Verification: Workspaces automatically verify that the logged-in client account matches the project recipient, keeping project details private.
- Workspace Protection: If an unauthorized user attempts to open a private project link, they are safely redirected to their dashboard.
3. Instant Performance
Zynclog uses advanced caching to ensure that loading client dashboards and switching between project workspaces is instant and seamless.
4. What the Client Sees in a Workspace
Inside each live workspace timeline, clients get a complete, transparent view of project progress:
- Progress & Milestones: Visual progress bar tracking completed, in-progress, and upcoming milestones.
- Contracts: Dedicated tab for reviewing and signing agreements.
- Invoices & Payments: Dedicated tab for reviewing billing details, transaction receipts, and online payments.
- Assets & Deliverables: Access project assets, design links, and final code repositories.
