The Client Portal
The Client Portal is the public-facing side of Zynclog. It is a single, unified webpage where your client can view their project timeline, review contracts, pay invoices, and access deliverables.
The Public URL
Every project in Zynclog automatically generates a unique, shareable URL (/p/[slug]).
- You can find the Share button at the top of any Project view in your dashboard.
- Clients do not need to create a Zynclog account to view their portal. They just need the link.
Password Protection
For sensitive projects, you should restrict access to the portal.
- When creating or editing a Project, check the Password Protected box.
- Provide a strong password.
- When the client visits the portal URL, they will be prompted to enter the password before any data (including the project name) is revealed.
What the Client Sees
The Client Portal is designed to be clean and professional.
- Timeline: A visual representation of all milestones (Completed, In Progress, and Pending).
- Contracts: A dedicated tab for reviewing and executing agreements.
- Invoices: A dedicated tab for reviewing financial details and paying invoices via your connected gateway.
- Assets: A dedicated tab containing external links to deliverables (Google Drive, Figma, etc.).
