Contracts & Signatures
Zynclog provides a powerful, built-in rich text editor to draft, manage, and share legal agreements directly within your client portal.
Drafting a Contract
You can draft a contract from scratch or use a Template.
- Navigate to the Contracts tab inside your Project.
- Click New Contract.
- Use the Rich Text Editor to draft your terms. You can easily create nested lists, blockquotes, and tables to structure your legal language.
Sending for Signature
Once a contract is drafted, it is immediately available on your Client Portal. Your client will see the contract, beautifully formatted with your branding. If they agree to the terms, they can follow any external instructions or execute the contract based on your specific requirements.
Adding an External Signature Link
If you use third-party tools like DocuSign or HelloSign for legally binding e-signatures:
- Paste the external signature link into the External URL field when creating the contract.
- The client portal will prominently display an Execute Contract button that redirects the client to your signature provider.
Downloading PDFs
Both you and your client can instantly generate and download a clean, printer-friendly PDF of any contract by clicking the Download PDF button at the top of the contract view.
