Zynclog features an Opportunities Pool designed to connect clients, agencies, and companies with verified freelancers and development teams.
[!NOTE] Status & Rollout Notice: The public opportunities pool is currently active for internal matching and client preview while undergoing fine-tuning. Clients can post project briefs, and freelancers are assigned verified client briefs based on skill tags, sub-technology specializations, and completed project history.
How Opportunities Matching Works
Rather than exposing freelancers to unvetted listings, Zynclog prioritizes verified client matching:
- Client Identity & SMS Verification: Every client and project owner must complete mandatory SMS phone verification via Telnyx infrastructure before submitting a job post.
- Structured Job Questionnaire: Clients complete a 12-point technical questionnaire (covering primary category, engagement model, infrastructure, target viewports, delivery timelines, and compliance specs).
- Skill & Track Record Algorithmic Matching: Opportunities are distributed to freelancers and agencies based on:
- Primary Skill Tag alignment (e.g., Web Development, UI/UX Design, Mobile Apps, Video Editing).
- Sub-technology match (e.g., Next.js, React, WordPress, Figma, Python, AWS).
- Number of completed client projects & verified platform track records.
Client Security & Privacy Controls
Clients posting opportunities on Zynclog maintain total control:
- Verified Client Badges: Freelancers can view client identity verification and project history before submitting proposals.
- Confidentiality & SOW Attachments: Attach Statements of Work (SOW), Figma links, or technical briefs securely.
- Direct 1-Click Workspace Generation: Accepting a proposal automatically provisions a shared milestone portal, timeline sync, and secure client workspace portal (
/p/[slug]).
Future Roadmap
The Zynclog team is actively expanding the Opportunities engine:
- Automated AI Skill Matching: Smart matching based on project questionnaire responses and developer GitHub repositories.
- Escrow Milestone Protection: Integrated milestone escrow payments via Paddle/Stripe.
